Abstract: This study examines the level of financial literacy among university students and analyzes the key characteristics of their personal budget management. As financial independence becomes increasingly crucial for young adults, understanding how students manage their income and expenses is essential. The research employs a survey-based methodology to assess students' knowledge of basic financial concepts, saving habits, and spending behaviors. The findings reveal a correlation between financial literacy levels and the ability to maintain a balanced personal budget. The study concludes with recommendations for enhancing financial education programs to better prepare students for real-world economic challenges.
