Abstract
This thesis examines modern mechanisms for ensuring and improving the quality of education in the governance of higher education institutions (HEIs). It highlights the importance of strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, internal quality assurance systems, digital technologies, and continuous improvement principles in higher education quality management. The study also proposes several practical recommendations aimed at improving the institutional, organizational, and digital mechanisms for managing educational quality.
