IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGY OF TEACHING FINE ARTS THROUGH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES
Abstract
The development of digital technologies has created new opportunities for improving the methodology of teaching fine arts in higher education. Digital tools, including graphic tablets, digital drawing applications, multimedia resources, and virtual galleries, can support students’ artistic creativity, visual thinking, and practical skills. This article examines the pedagogical potential of digital technologies in fine arts education and identifies methodological approaches to their effective integration into the teaching process. Particular attention is paid to interactive learning, project-based activities, digital portfolios, and individualized feedback. The article argues that the purposeful use of digital technologies can complement traditional art education methods, increase student engagement, and create opportunities for independent creative work. The successful implementation of these technologies requires appropriate pedagogical planning, digital competence among teachers, and a balance between digital and traditional artistic practices.
